Refund Policy

1. Free Tier

The free tier (40 credits/month) requires no payment.

2. Paid Subscriptions

Starter and Professional subscriptions are available with monthly or annual billing. Enterprise billing is governed by the applicable contract (custom SLAs and terms only under a signed agreement).

  • Cancellation stops auto-renewal and takes effect at the end of the paid period; access continues until then. Annual cancellations stop auto-renewal and any refund for the unused period follows the refund rules below.
  • Credits are granted for the current billing cycle and do not roll over. Annual plans receive credits monthly at the monthly rate.
  • There is no unpaid grace period: a paid period that ends without a successful renewal drops the plan to Free (data retained). Subscribing again restores the prior plan.

3. Refund Rules

VGTC offers goodwill refunds proportional to the unused portion of the amount actually paid, floored at $0. Refund requests are reviewed before execution and are executed through the payment provider (never automatically). Mandatory consumer and statutory rights always override this goodwill rule.

Email support@voraprotocol.com with your account email and the payment ID from your billing history. If approved, timing and payment method depend on the payment provider and applicable law.

4. Applicable Terms

This page does not override mandatory consumer rights. Disputes are handled fairly: an open dispute pauses the account for review, entitlement is restored if VGTC wins, and you are never banned for disputing a charge. Final wording remains subject to qualified legal review.
